ゲンロンαにイベントのレポート記事を掲載しています。ぜひお読みください。 記事URL= https://genron-alpha.com/article20200918_01/ 本動画は、東京のゲンロンカフェで行われたトークショーを収録したものです。 【収録時のタイトル】 小泉悠×服部倫卓×上田洋子「ベラルーシに革命は可能かーーSNS時代の独裁と運動」 【収録日】 2020/9/10 【収録時のイベント概要】 8月9日に実施された大統領選挙をきっかけに、 旧ソ連のベラルーシでは大規模なデモが起こっている。 2020年の大統領選は 1994年から26年間大統領職にあり続ける現職のアレクサンドル・ルカシェンコ（1954年生まれ）と 収監中のブロガーの夫に代わって立候補した女性候補、 スヴェトラーナ・チハノフスカヤ（1982年生まれ）の2人が有力候補とされた。 事前調査ではチハノフスカヤの支持率が高く、 ついに政権交代となるかが争点となっていた。 結果はルカシェンコが8割以上の得票率での圧勝となった。 しかし、チハノフスカヤ陣営の選挙対策委員長が選挙前夜に逮捕される、 オブザーバーが呼ばれない、期日前投票が4割以上、 選挙中のインターネットの遮断など、 不正選挙が疑われるような状況が複数発生していた。 この結果に不満を抱いた市民たちが大規模な抗議運動を開始。 それに対して政権側は治安部隊を出動させ、3000人規模の逮捕者が出た。 選挙翌日にはチハノフスカヤは国外脱出を余儀なくされた。 その後も抗議運動は止まず、9月に到るまで、連日大規模なデモが続いている。 一時は反ルカシェンコ側に連帯して警察官が次々に辞職を表明したり、 工場がストライキを起こすなど、反対勢力の優勢に思われたが、 8月末ごろからはルカシェンコがロシアを味方につけ、 ふたたび独裁者ぶりを見せている。 ベラルーシはどこへ向かうのか。選挙のやり直しはありえるのか。 ジャーナリストで旧ソ連圏、とくにベラルーシ・ウクライナ・ロシアを専門とする服部倫卓氏と 軍事評論家の小泉悠氏をお招きし、ベラルーシの情勢を徹底分析。 司会はゲンロンの上田洋子が務める。 …
