本動画は、東京のゲンロンカフェで行われたトークショーを収録したものです。 この動画が含まれるお得なパックはこちら！ ↓↓↓ vimeo.com/ondemand/genron10 【収録時のタイトル】 高橋沙奈美×本田晃子×上田洋子 「ツーリズムとナショナリズムからみる現代ロシア ──建築、教会、収容所」 【収録日】 2019/04/16 【イベント概要】 建築史家の本田晃子氏とゲンロンの上田洋子による共産主義建築トーク。 第5弾はゲストにロシア、ウクライナにおける正教を専門とする歴史学者の高橋沙奈美氏をお迎えし、宗教、観光、ナショナリズムに焦点をあてる。 高橋氏の著書『ソヴィエト・ロシアの聖なる景観』(2018)はソ連時代に宗教建築が博物館となり、観光資源となった背景を描きだすきわめて野心的な研究だ。 そこでは、事実上禁じられていた宗教が、観光を通じて、伝統的価値観として擁護され、ナショナリズムへと発展するさまが暴きだされている。 ロシアの景観は宗教や政治のタブーを内包したままいかに肯定され、魅力的な観光資源となったのか。 また、ソ連時代に発展した宗教スポットをめぐる旅は、現代ではどのように読み替えられているのか。 たとえば、ソロヴェツキー修道院は、ロシア革命後は収容所となり、ソ連崩壊直前にふたたび修道院に戻った。 1970年代に博物館に指定されており、いまや夏になると観光客が大量に押し寄せる人気スポットだ。 ここでは観光客は宗教と政治の両面に触れることになる。 ソ連崩壊後には中部ロシアのペルミ郊外の収容所「ペルミ36」が博物館化され、ソロヴェツキー修道院とならぶ収容所博物館となった。 同じ時期、建築とアートを融合した地域芸術祭「アルヒストヤーニエ」がモスクワから200kmほど離れたニコラ=レニーヴェツ村で開催されるようになる。 このフェスティバルに関連して、打ち捨てられていた同地の教会も修復され、ニコラ=レニーヴェツ村は観光地になっていく。 しかし、2018年には教会を模した構造物を燃やすパフォーマンスが正教信者から攻撃を受けるなど、宗教的価値観を根拠に観光地化が批判される動きも生まれている。 観光は国のプロパガンダとも結びつき、宗教や政治、芸術と深い関わりを持つ。 共産主義からロシア正教重視へ、国家のイデオロギーやアイデンティティが大きく変化するロシア文化圏で、観光と愛国はどう結びつくのか。 刺激的な議論が展開される！ 【イベントページへのリンク】 https://genron-cafe.jp/event/20190416/
