　イスラエル建国で故郷を追われ、空爆や砲撃で家と家族を失ったガザのパレスチナ人は、原発事故で故郷を追われた“フクシマ”に何を観るのか。 　「第二のノーベル平和賞」といわれる「ライト・ライブリフット賞」を受賞したパレスチナの人権弁護士が飯舘村への旅と村民との対話の中で、“パレスチナ”と“フクシマ”の普遍性を探っていく。 【内容】 　パレスチナ・ガザ地区の人権活動家ラジ・スラーニは、イスラエル占領下で解放運動に献身し、５年間の投獄と拷問の日々を強いられた。その後もガザで人権擁護の活動を牽引し続けている。その活動は世界で高く評価され、「ロバート・ケネディ人権賞」など数々の国際平和賞を受賞した。 　そのスラーニ氏が2014年10月の来日時に、福島・飯舘村を訪問した。放射能汚染のために家と石材工場を失った村民、乳牛を失い失業した元酪農家を訪問し対話する中で、スラーニ氏はフクシマの現実と直面する。 　彼がパレスチナの現実と重ね合わせたのは、いずれも“責任の所在”が曖昧にされ、その責任者たちが処罰されない不条理なフクシマの現実だった。 　そんなスラーニ氏が飯舘村の被災住民に訴え伝えたのは、数十年の侵略と占領と破壊の中でパレスチナ人を支えてきた人間の“尊厳”と、“正義のための不屈の闘い”だった。
